When I was 18, I lost my left leg in an explosion. In the midst of recovering, I found refuge in the Linnstrument, a tool I had just bought. It opened up new worlds for me—allowing me to explore sound and find possibility when I needed it most. This experience sparked my passion for creating expressive, accessible music tools.
After a year of working at Moog and diving deep into programming, I began building tools that bring that same sense of expression to everyone, but in new, intuitive ways. Skym was born out of that desire. It started as a personal tool to make my own music more expressive but quickly became something friends and producers loved too.
Now, I’m on a mission to share stories through sound, constantly seeking new ways to connect the human soul to music, just like the Linnstrument did for me.
